We had never tried to research a new car online but thought we would give it a try. We contacted several dealerships, providing information on what we were looking for, not expecting to hear from anyone for several days. Surprise! the next morning the phone rang. It was Coughlin's dealership. they just needed a little more information. "We'll get right on it."
Thinking that was a routine response, we didn't expect what happened next.
The next day the sales representative called again. A delivery was due to arrive the next day and a car just like we requested was on board.
The following day we came to the dealership to see our new car and start the purchasing process. Another surprise, no haggling! The sales representative knew the manufacturer's price, Hyundai's rebate and the dealership's rebate, taxes, extras we wanted for the car and taxes. It was a matter of simple math.
We are very pleased with the Sonata; but equally pleased with the manner in which we were treated. To everyone who helped us in the process, thank you!

Good Morning! Just wanted to let you know the great experience I have had buying my new car. I first got pre approved by Cleta Petty, she was wonderful to work with over the phone. I then went to Coughlin in Heath, found what I was looking for, when I was ready to do the financing Dave Clapp explained everything to me in full. He even gave me a discount on the Wrap (extended warranty) and for the clear coating because I went through Fiberglas Credit Union. So with this, if you ever have any customers in doubt on where they might want to buy, I would recommend Coughlin in Heath. I hope you will share this with Cleta as well.

Just wanted to thank you and your team especially my sales person Mike Demchak for making the purchase of my 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe a pleasant one. Being in a car dealership is like going to the dentist, everybody's friendly but you're still not very comfortable, not so at yours. Everybody was friendly, and I was comfortable. Your's was the best deal I found in central Ohio, Well worth the drive from Columbus.

My name is Hiren, I wanted to compliment your staff on their
customer service. I had originally had dealt with Jack and he did
not pressure me or anything to buy the van. I told him I wanted
to do some research which he said was perfectly fine. Then
after my deal was made I came in and Tom helped us. They both
were great. I felt that this store does not care about their commission but cared for the customers interest first. The managers, Matt and Gary, were very friendly as well. I went to another dealership first where after I offered him my price for the car the manager himself pretty much said I was lying and told me that there is no way he would sell the car but would sell peanuts at the price I was asking for. You guys pretty much came within my price + or - $100.00 I would definitely recommend your dealership to anyone looking at cars. Please forward this to Gary and Matt as well as the owners of Coughlin as well as The Hyundai headquarters. I am considering bying another car within the next month or two and know 100% I would not deal with anyone but you guys!!! Thanks for everything!!
